BAND OF THE DAY #120 - Zulu Winter


Zulu Winter is a name of everyone’s lips, belonging to a 5-piece group based in London. They wrote an entire album to perfection before they even thought of releasing any music, adamant that their debut was ready and polished. Evidently their hard work paid off and their wide range of influences and passion for good music is proven in their songwriting.

They are quickly becoming one of the best live bands around, since forming in 2010 they’ve been commended or their atmospheric pop and have even made it on the bill for the 2012 NME Awards Tour, their show taking place at Cargo on Rivington Street in Shoreditch on Monday 27th February, to coincide with the release of their new single “We Should Be Swimming”. They released a new video for the single earlier today, directed by Abby Warrilow and Lewis Gourlay. Check it out here.
